Just received a call because from someone I can barely understand who will help me with my debt because it is going to litigation. I don’t have any debt and have never heard of the “plaintiff” they claim is filing suit. I’d say it’s a scam.
Three and half years ago I was 60k in debt due to major life problems and medical expenses. They did everything they said they would, charged me exactly as they described which was reasonable, got money back from one credit card company because that company didn’t play by the rules. The people there were always available, helpful, pleasant and professional. Being out of debt is like having a ten ton weight off my shoulders. It wasn’t easy and I lived hand to mouth while doing the program but I am free now and working on rebuilding my credit score back to it’s former glory. Gonna take a while but I am on the right track.
Would recommend this company to anyone who needs help.
Enrolled with 1st Choice. Took my money and did nothing.After six months. Ended up with three judgements and 2 garnishments after paying them 6,000 dollars. They did nothing but take money. No better than thieves. Ask about why I have judgements and garnishments had no answer for me but sorry. Wanted money back but was told they do not return money. All of them need to be in prison for fraud. I will write letters to my fingers fall off until they are shut down or arrested and go to prison. They prey on people who are in trouble and give absolutely no help. They are scum,thieves,robbers and low lives everyone. Russ
I have been enrolled with them for a year. Things where good for awhile 4accounts settled within that time frame. A lot of fees they don’t present all offers what is “reasonable” to them maybe different then yours,,,so when they don’t provide u with an offer and the collections call you to settle and u do…well watch out they feel they are entitled to 30-37% to fees and they charge u or add to your monthly distribution…watch the print they get paid whether they did any work on it..threaten to sue you if u cancel their program and not pay them fees they didn’t earn. Won’t put on your account rep when u ask for him…will sue u for slander if u blog.threats, threats. I found after a year that your cc people will offer u the same deal as 1st choice in the end it cost more because of the fees u pay..take my advice stay away from all debt settlement companies..I did my home work but now wish I just handled on my own..would of saved a lot of cash,
They are a fraud and theives. Will do nothing. They tell you they work with your creditors. I call my creditors and they laughed at me for falling for such a scam. These people are scam,scam,scam and scum.

I’m considering them, they sound like they have a very sound business and high success rate. My problem is I’m maintaining my minimum monthly payments so it looks like I don’t need help, I’ve tried to negotiate with the cc forget it, they are not any help. They tell me they have no “promotions” at this time to reduce my interest rate.
So if anyone can give me some information regarding first choice let me know.

Mr. Moderator I used your service and ended up with judgements and garnishment six months after I started paying 600.00 per month. Creditors wrere never contacted. Tried to explain to Judge but once he quit laughing said I was ripped off and do not send anymore money. Said i had lost my money. Meanwhile he issued a judgement and garnishment of wages. I did ask for money back and was hung up on. They would put me on hold for hours and I would call back and get same result. You guys should be in prison for theft. All of you. Liars all of you. Every site you are on I am going to post all of this just for you.
Do not use them they are theives and will not pay your debt.Plus they are nothing but thieves. They will tell you they work with you and fill your head with BS. You will end up worse than you started. Scam Scam Scam Once they have your money you will never see it again. All my creditors were not contacted. I am sending all my info and payment and letters and phone call from them to the Attorney General of each state and see if we can get then offline and in prison where they belong.
