  1. Ally, the filing you provided as a link for readers requires further investigation. As shown is a NY filing which by the way was a foreign LLC. registration conducted by a Delaware entity. If you conduct a Delaware search you will find out that the company in question has been around a lot longer than 6 months. A word of advice, you should look to the people and their level of experience when trying to determine the value of a service company, not the age of the entity.

  3. I have no affiliation w/ Emerge, save to say they have been helpful & forthright lately in a group effort i am involved in to better the industry. Most DS companies have been very quick to look for loopholes in the law. I commend their efforts to comply with the FTC laws.
    Im not here to promote my company, so I won’t- If you do not want to try Emerge you can try NorthEast Settlement in MA or try Damon Day.
    Out of curiosity, why not use Emerge? If they comply with federal law, you risk nothing & they must perform in order to earn their $….
