  • They took my money for one year and did absolutely nothing for me and when I recently became concerned, my emails were bounced back, my snail mail was returned and I could not phone them either.  A registered letter brought results but I have dismissed them and refuse to answer any calls that may come through from them.   A lesson has been learned from all of this and I have lost almost 2,000 dollars with ABSOLUTELY nothing being done on my accounts and I have been transferred to 12 different agents over the l year period, each one knowing nothing when they took over the account.   I have closed my account to them and refuse to answer any mail from them.
