    Based on the limited research that I have done, it seems that they don’t respond to many complaints. Out of the 15 on the BBB 13 of them were never answered by the company. They have only been in business since 2008 and are likely just a marketing organization. Their address is listed as 3 Whatney Suite 200, Irvine Ca 92618. I also found several other businesses that use the same address. So I am not sure if it is a physical office or just a mail center.

    However, I don’t live very far from there and could stop in for a chat on your behalf, if you would like me to.
    I also found that they are accredited members of TASC under the name Debt Resolution Center. Normally I don’t have any high hopes of TASC ever actually stepping in to police their members, but there are rumors that they are trying to purge the bad apples from their ranks. I won’t hold my breath, but I can give TASC the opportunity to put its money where their mouths are and see if they can get these guys to do the right thing.

    If you would like to schedule a consultation with me, you can give me the background on your experience with this company and figure out what you need to do moving forward. Then I can use that information to see if I could persuade the company to do the right thing. I can’t make any promises though. If these guys, like many others, are about to shut their doors and go out of business, they might not have any incentive to refund clients. We can certainly try though because that is a lot of money they took from you and just a partial refund, I am sure would certainly help you right now.

    I cancelled last month, Oct., 2010. I am so helpless right now, and I don’t know what to do. I need some of that money for lawyer’s fee. Since I am no longer in their program, it is so difficult to contact them by phone. My Client ID in their system is no longer active. I also wrote a complaint letter to California Dept. of Consumer affairs, but I haven’t received any response yet.
