USOBA, Inactive Corp, Integrity Debt Services Guarantees 55% Debt Reduction

I’d like for you to watch the two videos and tell me what you think of the statements and promises made by Alan Palange of Integrity Debt Services. Unrealistic?

What I find interesting is that Integrity Debt Services is really a fictitious name for Loan Assistance of America, LLC which is controlled by Ocean Grande Realty, LLC, which is controlled by Alan Palange. As I followed the trail I half expected Kevin Bacon to appear.

The kicker here is that Ocean Grande Realty, LLC in Florida is on admin dissolution since September 25, 2009 for failing to file an annual report. – Source. So I wonder if Integrity Debt Services is authorized to conduct business in Florida since the underlying corporate owner is not.

Integrity Debt Services is a proud USOBA member, or at least they claim to be on their site. – Source. Since USOBA will not publish a list of members so the public can check, who knows?

This debt settlement company even promises they can repair your credit? “After the program is complete: The final step is to repair your credit file. Our credit repair department now goes to work to clean up your credit report and get the best & highest possible FICO score.” – Source.

And then there is an interesting statement, “American Debt Enders is a company that provides assistance through debt settlement programs. This company will work with your lenders to lower your balances and consolidate your debt into a single affordable monthly payment.” So I’m confused, is it the administratively dissolved debt settlement company that provides services to consumers or this American Debt Enders company?

  • I used a company called “Consumer Lawyers of America” that also seems to be linked to Integrity Debt Services. The owner is Alan Palange, who is nothing but a scumbag. He and his sales people will tell you anything just to get your payments. When you look closer, your first 3 payments all go directly to them and not towards your debt!!!! Then, after those payments are made, you never hear from them again. STAY AWAY FROM ANY COMPANY AFFILIATED WITH ALAN PALANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • “Integrity Debt Services is a proud USOBA member, or at least they claim to be on their site. – Source. Since USOBA will not publish a list of members so the public can check, who knows?” In the USOBA website is a phone number to call which enables one to find out whether a particular company is a member. It took me less than 3 minutes to go to the website, find the number, call & obtain the answer to whether Integrity Debt Services LLC (hereinafter IDS) is a member (it is). Thus, the above quoted statement is, to put it mildy, rather unimpressive, and speaks quite poorly of you that you didn’t bother to take the 3 minutes to find out whether IDS was a member.

    • USOBA will not publish a list and repeated attempts to check other membership, which I’ve written about, proved fruitless. I’ve also written about how their online form could invade your privacy.

If you want to help out when they don’t respond to me I’ll send the requests your way from now on.

      • Fascinating that I was able to obtain the info in a flash, and you couldn’t obtain a response. I’ll leave the musings as to why to others…
