They were wonderful at first. They helped my mother settled about 30k in debt. Now, however, they still have $2,000.00 of her money that needs to be paid to medical creditors and they will not return any of my phone calls or emails. I will be calling the FBI if I don’t hear from them very soon.
You may want to follow this process to get your money back. More effective than calling the FBI, dollar amount is too low for them.
They promised to help and they would contact us every week (That was a joke). They always stated they were talking to our creditors and that they new everyone in the industry (They was not true). They also said they were always close to a settlement but that never happened earthier. We eventually got severed lawsuits by 3 creditors and they said don’t worry they won’t show up to court (yea right). They took me for about $8000.00 dollars and no results (Boy was I stupid). We even emailed and talked to the so called president and he said he would help make things right and guess what same results. I would run from this firm as fast as I can. Allot of promises but they just want your money.

Dear Blogan35, I am the president of WCA and I’m very disheartened to find out that you feel as if you were scammed. We are a reputable firm and in many cases have lent our clients funds to make settlements without any guarantee that we’ll be paid back. In fact we have several clients who have cancelled their account without every paying us back. I would like very much to get to the bottom of your complaint and correct anything that you feel we have done wrong. Please fee free to contact me directly 201-773-8900.

Huh?
John, what are you talking about? What trick?
Are you posting about Web Credit Advisers?
What is/was your experience with WCA?
Are you suggesting Steve is trying to earn consumers trust by opening a review post on WCA last April?
Your comment is confusing to say the least.

Steve Rhode, This is one of the oldiest trickes in the books. He clams faults information without doing the proper research. Be careful of this company for anyone who can read this because they will do anything to try to earn your trust and thats a fact. Which means I dont think anyone that needs to read this will be able too.

Whatever you do, do not deal with WCA. Since entering into an agreement with them to take care of my creditors i have recieved court summons, had my wages garnished, had my bank accounts frozen, as I am sitting here writing this there is a judge that could issue a warrant for my arrest if so inclined. Not to mention that they just, and this is quoting WCA, that they just “guesstimate” how much money it will take to pay your creditors. In my case so far, I’ve had to pay an additional $2000 and there is still one account outstanding. The account the judge can issue a bench warrant on. I have had to finally retain a lawyer because they wont talk to me whenever I try to find out why I am recieving court summons. My advise to anyone is don’t touch these guys with a ten foot pole. I hope this will keep someone else from enduring the stress and aggravation that I have had to deal with.
