  1. Check N Go Sold my SSN and my bank account information. I received a $300 loan into my bank account AFTER I advised them I did not want it. The loan came from a company I have never heard of. I began receiving roughly 30-50 calls a day along with email from other “lenders” who have taken it to the point of harassment. I was told by one that I had a loan from 2 weeks ago and he is pulling $1500 out of my account. I had to immediately cancel my bank account due to this “unknown caller” threatening me. Check N Go claims they dont sell your informaiton – THEY DO! This was the only lender I applied through. Criminals now have my banking information and there is no way to stop it. Check N Go cant even provide me with WHO they sold my information to. STAY AWAY FROM CHECK N GO. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission citing unfair and unethical business practices.

  2. what do u do if u can’t afford the biweekly payments. I’m not even sure if it is legal in California to charge this much interest on a installment loan. Its more than double the original loan amount.

  3. I had a loan taken out with check n go and made a payment last month and was told that my loan ha been paid in full along with a receipt showing a zero balance. Today I started receiving a tremendous amount of calls stating I was being taken to collections for an outstanding lian with check n go. I call back their corporate office and speak with a supervisor there who was extremely rude. After I explain to him that my payment was paid in full and that I have a receipt showing a zero balance he tells me “I know what your trying to do and its not going to work. You need to pay the outstanding balance or your account will continue to stay in collections” I asked for his full name and he just gave me his first name and refused to give out his last name. I dont know whats going on. I have the receipt saying my loan was paid in full.

  5. I recently took out a loan with CheckNGo, and went in to make my first installment payment. I noticed that the advertisement on the wall stated the amount of my loan was for 16 biweekly payments. When I looked over my loan agreement, it has it for 19 payments. I asked the manager to help me with this, she looked over my files, but then got really defensive. She said to call her district manager, that she could not help me. I then asked to get a copy of the flyer that shows 16 payments. She said she was not permitted to allow a copy to leave her store.
Another thing: I prepaid 2 additional payments on the loan, but they didn’t seem to apply it on the principle. So I am searching for a calculator that will amortize this type of installment loan.
I would love to hear from someone at CheckNGo to help me out. I did call the number of the District manager, of course she wasn’t there and had to leave a message.
    Thanks,
    GM
