“My name being in it since this comes up in google search and I do not want future or present clients to find me. Worked 9 months for that company and in 15 years of life in mortgages and insurance I do not want unneeded bad press for my career.

Suggested fix: delete any mentions of my name.

  1. I singed up with usmb in June of 2009. I did manage to get into the trail payments with BoA. I dont know what the hell happened recently? I call over and over and send emails every day, and cannot touch base with any one! I think the company might have went belly up… If any one can prove me wrong, please tell me. I am at the final stages with my modification, and am now in FULL contact with Bank of America. The only reason i paid USMB is because i didnt want to be in the middle of it. WTF?! Im gonna lose my mind, house, and a bunch of crap if this dont go though…

    • Ok, I just found out that in the state of California you cannot charge for modifications (http://dre.ca.gov/) as of Oct. 2009. So… I’m sol on that. But i did find the most useful and helpful place to help with all my modification problems just a minutes ago, and it was completly FREE and will help any one. They talked there way to the top with Bank of Amercia, with me on the line, in the matter of minutes, where it takes me hours of talking to BoA and getting absoultly no where. Consumer Credit Counsle Sercvice of San Fransico ( aka CCCSSF ). I recomend any one who needs help to talk to them, or the HOPE Team, which is also free, but CCCSSF didnt treat me like a piece of meat. Actually there were a pleasure to talk to, and they could have gotten me much further in one month that USMB has gotten me in more than a year, and I paied for a free service with USMB… Please call these one of these two numbers and they will help you for no cost, and I am pretty sure HOPE is 24hrs, and both are good across the USA.

  2. I signed up with this company back in November 2009, paid them 3k had a rep that was great responed to my emails daily then he took leave of absence and we were dealing with new rep who would never return calls or emails! On June 15th our home of 11yrs was sold at an auction and we had no idea or paperwork or phone calls NOTHING!!!! We were already approved according to Us Mtg Bailout. I called them asap that day asking what the heck is going on and it took all day for someone to call me and pretty much tell I am screwed and have lost our home! We are a huge family of 5 kids and 3 dogs and it devasted our family! Now since June we have been trying to get our refund which they told us it was being mailed out August 8th! We have not received a dime and they dont answer phone or return calls or emails!! SCAM FRAUD COMPANY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

    • We must have had the same agent, because ours took a leave of absence as soon as we signed up. We have a family of five and two dogs. I hope there is a lawyer reading this forum. Man I am sorry that we are in the same boat.

  3. Same thing happened to me and was advised to do the same thing by Jeremiah Fell…stop paying our mortgage because we will not be approved for modification..this company is a scam.. DO NOT USE THEM!!! they are currently packing and moving and most likely not refunding anyone’s money. I learned the hard way that your mortgage lender will work with you and they have many different programs to help homeowners, and if you get denied at first, you can resubmit an application. We got denied with US mortgage bailout, and when I recently spoke to my mortgage company they went over all of the numbers that were sent in by USMB and they were insanely off…so we have since resubmitted a package with much help from the mortgage lender (FOR FREE) and are hoping to get approved this time. Please do not use any of these companies, you can fill out the paperwork easily and if you are in contact with your mortgage company often, they will guide you through the whole process and all of your options. I wish everyone the best of luck…just please do not use US Mortgage Bailout!!!!

  4. I have to say that up until 2 weeks ago, I thought everything was being handled by USMB. The sherrif sale notice taped to the door, the letters from my mortgage co. stating USMB was not responding to them, motification rejection notices for USMBs lack of proper paperwork were all just “part of the process”…..according to JERAMIAH FELL. All contact was cut off roughly 3 weeks ago, no one responds…and I mean no one…not IAN or BRIAN CADAFER or JUSTIN MALONI or MELISSA MANDOSA, JUSTIN MILLER, MARK CRESALL, MIKE ZIPKIVIC, CINITHIA and CHARINA taking in consideration these names are real. Its not so much the 3 grand, although it is pretty creepy to kick so many folks while they’re already down and hurting. The encouragement,{legal advice}, to stop paying my mortgage co because it would hurt my chances of a modification, “go ahead and put it towards other bills”,thats what did me in!! Now our home of 19 years wont be ours anymore.I kind of knew i was taking a gamble, foolish move…if you haven’t sent your 3000. in yet……don’t!!! Stay clear of USMORTGAGEBAILOUT.COM!!!!!!!!
