  • April of 2010 I signed a contract with Americor Financial. My final payment is set for June 2013. I was paying them $424/month. Last spring I stopped receiving calls or updates from them regarding my account. I then began receiving mail from the creditors Americor told me had been paid. I am still receiving those bills and also letters from their attorneys. I have sent Americor at least 3 letters, requesting a phone call and an update of my account.. I have received no call or letter from them. In December I called their phone number and found it was basically not in service. I would like to find out where they are located now and be reimbursed for the $13,568 they took from me and did not honor our contract.. I will start eith the Better Business Bureau and the Irvine, CA District Attorney’s Office.

Any information for me, please reply: [email protected].

  • They *forced* me to become a “Field Representative” in order to act as a Notary Public and witness borrower’s signatures. Bet they don’t pay me, and never “hire” me again….
