I feel you are better off calling your lender to work out a solution or a HUD housing counselor that can help you for free.

I did check the California Attorney General site to see if US Financial Advantage is an approved and licensed loan modification provider, they are not.

  • THEY ARE A SCAM; They took $3500.00 without any services rendered.  Phone calls are hit and miss at best.  Dont give them a nickel of your money.

    • I finally did a deed in lieu with a company that partnered up  with Bank Of America by the name of REDC Default Solutions.Do not use a third party company that wants to take money up front.

      • Could you please give me more information on REDC Default Solutions? Are they a legitimate company and what was involved in doing the deed in lieu with Bank of America. I was told Freddy Mac only does deed in lieu after home has been on the market for 6 months. What were the charges for REDC too do the deed in lieu?

        • Your lender has to be BofA and they work together with REDC I wasn`t charged anything and I got 3,000.00 for relocation money when it was completed.I never even had to put my condo for short sale.Do not deal with BofA;They are very frustrating.Call and deal with REDC Default solutions.The number is 1-800-698-6505.They are very legitimate and won`t screw you over like all these scammers out there.Good luck and post your dealings with them if all goes well.Paul
