  • Thanks for the feedback. But we would like to clarify a few things. We have a list of US debt relief companies and everyone can pick one from there. As far as OVLG is concerned, you can check their website, 6700 success stories, and 400 client reviews to get all the information.

While we don’t deny that we have good terms with OVLG, it is equally true that one can check out their fee structure, transparency disclosure, and effect on credit from their FAQ page.

The breakdown of the fee structure is given clearly. The trust account is opened at the Bank of America. So, clients’ money is completely secured. Moreover, it has got an A rating from BBB. So, that’s enough to show that it’s not a scam company.

  • debtconsolidationcare.com is a scam. They give the appearance they will recommend the best company, but it doesnt. Its only a feeder site for Oak View Law Group. Each time I called, they are all from India and charge upfront fees or retainer as they called it. They also arent honest. Did not disclose fees, effect on credit, and did not tell me that my accounts would fall behind. They said We setup a trust acct, and your payment is put into the trust account. Once the creditors says to pay us, then we pay them and get letter saying it was paid as agreed. It takes 2-4 weeks. We will send your creditors a legal letter and start negotiations. I feel this is shady and a scam and would stay away from Debt consolidation care and Oak view law group.
