Dear Mary Jo,
If your daughter has been paying into the Liberty Settlements debt settlement program for three years and none of the accounts have been settled and all that’s happened is the fee has been paid, that’s a problem.
The best approach would be to follow this reasonable refund request process which escalates if the company fails to respond or take action. Read How to Get Out of a Debt Settlement Program and Get a Big Refund and if you follow the process and the company has not gone out of business yet, you’ll probably be happy with the results.
