  • So far, I have been working with ACCC for over 2 years. We operate a small business, and have been trying to “keep the doors open” without getting swallowed in debt. On their advice, we were able to settle one personal credit card for about 60%. They have been thorough, courteous, and helpful (some agents more than others) . They initially sent a follow-up budget format that I still refer back to, and can see the progress we have made in 2 years. As of yet, we have only used their counseling/advice and assistance, but we are thinking about using them for the final outstanding business debt. We will let you know if their courtesy changes once we are actually a client.
