  • I paid 300.00 to this service.  When I called I spoke to a very agreeable man named Rodney Perez.  He told me what the company would do, what I could expect and agreed to follow through as I requested and as they say they will do on the site.  I.E., any items not cleared by their method of sending disputes to the credit bureaus would be contacted and some sort of terms agreed upon.

But after the money was paid, customer service evaporated and nobody would return my calls.  I haven’t received the credit reports via mail that I was told I would receive.  I have left many messages and sent emails.  Rodney seems completely unavailable.  I needed to know the status of my account, but finally had to ask my bank to help me out.  There is now an item on there that should not be and NOBODY at National Credit Consultants will talk to me about it.  I finally whined a bit to the gentleman who answers their phones who replied with some stock answer about credit reporting laws that sounded like he was reading it from a teleprompter.  He did not look up my account. I think this is a big scam and am going to attempt one more letter before I call the Better Business Bureau and report them.

Don’t give them your money.  You will regret it.
