For The Love of Good Someone, Help Me. – Rena

“Dear Steve,

Allergo Law that is what has led me to this point.

How the hell do I save myself from all of this. I have two girls and a small income. I thought I was getting help only I was getting taken and now I am in trouble big time. I might lose my house. Where do I go from here for the love of good someone help me.

Rena”

Dear Rena,

For those that are not aware, basically, Allegro Law was a debt settlement company that went bankrupt and took all the client money with it.

It seems to me that your greatest duty right now is to put your kids first. And if things are as tight as you say they are then you should not look towards a debt repayment solution but probably towards bankruptcy.

At this point all options need to be on the table and the goal should not be to save the house but to get legal protection from creditor action and to build a financial reality that allows you to live in a safe place, feed your children and give them a future. While you can get a second chance to rebuild your financial life with bankruptcy, your children only get one chance at a childhood.

You can click here to find a local bankruptcy attorney and if you’d like a second opinion about your situation or a personal consultation by another debt coach, please feel free to contact Damon Day.
