I have been locked into the debt program at Pathway Financial for 12 months. I recently was sumons to go to court and got curious as I have been for 12 months why this process is not being handled properly. They did close one account but still have 4 to go. I read the reports online and cancelled my account. They claim they are going to send me my monies back that is left in the account within the week. I put a stop payment on my account so they can not ach my checking for the next month. Have you seen the movie Boiler Room? I honestly knew after like 3 months this company was the same. Why I stuck with it because it was easier to pay off my debt this way and I hoped it was not that way.
My question is has anyone cancelled and got their money back? If yes how much? all of it? some of it? or did they just not send anything back?
I did a search for Pathway Financial Management on the site and found some related articles, including at least one regarding someone that did get a refund. Click here.
I suggest you follow my process, “How to Get Out of a Debt Relief Program and Get a Big Refund” if you want the best possible chance of getting your money back.
Please update me on your progress by posting updates here in the comments section of your question. I’m very interested in how this works out for you.
