Is There Anyone That Can Help Me Right Now While I Go After My Ex? – Jill

My ex-husband and I divorced 2 years ago and in the divorce decree he was ordered to split all of his 401k’s with me (I only got half of one because he and his attorney “hid” his other one) and he was also ordered to list and sell a peice of commonly owned vacation property we had and split the proceeds evenly. I left the marriage due to abuse. During the marriage I worked everry single day and just handed over all of my paychecks to him but was never granted access to the bank account, ever, instead I was given an allowance of 20 per week and with that money I was expected to puchase any personal items I might need such as clothes, feminie hygine products, shampoo, soap, etc.. I was always told by my ex that we were flat broke and had no money. He left the check book out one time shortly before I left him and I saw that

I need money from the sale of this property RIGHT NOW!!! Is there anyone out there that will lend me money on my share of the property until I can force the sale of the property? I have to have this money in order to pay my attorney to file the necessary paper work in order to force the sale within the next 30 days, but I need the money before Wednesday of this week.
