I started dealing with these crooks in Feb 2011 by the end of March 2011 it was clear all they could offer me was $897 balance transfer fee!! I called them and was told i would be hearing back from the refund department after three weeks i called back and was told there is no refund department.I filed a complaint with my ONE credit card company,i think they have given up also. The phone number i have no longer works. After looking at this site i see they are still screwing people,i thought they went under.If anyone knows who owns this outfit please post it here, i have bros down there in FLA and the riding is great

Something else you all should know….Consumer Relief Solutions has an ‘F’ rating with the Better Business Bureau and they have had no less than 38 BBB COMPLAINTS FILED IN THE LAST 3 YEARS!!!!!Â

This company is a complete fraud!!!!  DO NOT CONDUCT ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They charged my credit card $897 even though they explicitly told me they would not charge me until they had done the work. Before I even sent paperwork in to them, they had charged my credit card. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and I’m currently in the process of dealing with the Better Business Bureau in regards to this disgusting company. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE – spare yourself the aggravation and frustration – hang up on these people as soon as they identify themselves! They are CROOKS!!!!!!
i signed up with consumer relief solutions LTD in Jan. 2012. They charged me 997.50 for their service sayng they could save me 2500.00 in finance charges on my credit card. My husband lost his job 14 months prior so we had to put many of our expenses on credit cards. I got a run around with them and the only thing they did was to send me another credit card with a very small line of credit and 18 months of no interest. They admitted that they could not help me with the current C.C. company reducing my interest charges. They said they would refund my 997.50 within 2 wks. That was in the first week of March . This is now March 26th and i have not gotten my refund. I have left no less than 6 messages with them with no return call. THEY ARE SCAMERS and have not heard the last from me. I’m going to contact the crtedit card company and tell them what happened and see what recourse I can take. Â

I payed this Consumer Relief Jan 17 today is Feb 24 and still nothing has been done all I get is a around on the phone and no answers,now they say the person that was working my acct has quit,I am giving them one more chance and in that time frame if nothing is done I will dispute charges in every way I can!!! Beware people!!!
I was charged a total of $690.95 on a Visa account and was told if I wasn’t happy that I could cancel at any time with a full refund.   That charge was put on my account on 3/25/11 and I returned all the information concerning this one account and i have yet to receive my refund. I would not recommend this company if it is a true company to anyone!!!!   I quote what was on one of the pages that came in a folder and it says. “Our Guarantee to you: we guarantee you a minimum savings based on our interest and finance charges, as well as a plan that will have you dept free three-to fince times faster than you current rate or our services are FREE>  So where is my money. I returned everything marking CANCEL IMMEDIATELY as other arrangements had already been made. I returned those papers with no additional info and it is not July and I still haven’t had any results. Is there anything I can do to retreive this money?  Sincerely   Donna

I would suggest that you start by quickly following my refund process. Make sure you follow every step of it.

This company is a scam. They took our money under false promises. They later admitted that they could not do what they promised and offered a refund. We have not heard back from them about our refund and they will no return our phone calls. Run from this company, they are crooks!!!!!
