How Can I Get My Student Loan Forgiven? – Pamela

I am trying to find out how I can get my loan forgiven or part of it. I believe I did not benefit from the Institution for whom I received the Loan for and was not properly guided in the beginning or ending stage to secure a good job. It has been over 15 years and they are holding my transcripts and degree of completion. They ended the program I was in and required that I take additional classes. I have had my income tax ck taken 2 years in a row and my check garnished. I am now unwmpoloyed and cannot secure a job in my field or outside my field. I really need some relief to get back on track. Thanks!

Do I qualify for any forgiveness programs? Unfortunately my loans are in default.
