I got a letter in the mail about P&E bankruptcy and that I had till June to file a claim. Not sure what to do but I will contact FBL to see if they can help. I got out months ago when I found out they were not contacting my creditors like they said they would. They are no longer able to frontload and use the first payments for there own business. It is protection for the consumer, which I wish they had earlier, and that, I am sure, put them out of business. Save money and work with your creditors. Don’t use these companies, it is a waste of money.

I received notification that P & E has filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Not sure if this will help any of us that have been scammed by this company but I sure hope that they get everything they deserve.

I was told today by the vice president of the company that unfortunately enrolled me in FBL Associates that P&E Solutions is or has claimed bankruptcy; and wished me good luck getting anyone to take any of my calls or get a refund.
