NELSON, GAMBLE & ASSOCIATES; JEREMY NELSON Jeremy Nelson |
President/CEO, CHRIS JAY, JOSHUA ?, CHANTEL NELSON NO ATTORNEY, FORGED
CLIENT E-SIGNATURES,
These guys are truly the most creative thieves & liars you will ever
come across, they have no limit to the scandalous crap they devise to
steal your money. They tell people to check debt load they need your
social security # pull credit & to check the debt to income ratio
they need to see the income so they need banking info; ROUTING &
ACCOUNT #. Then regardless of the clients interest they take money from
their account. The owner, JEREMY NELSON, forges the clients electronic
signature to use as a phony defense if the client tries to raise
argument to get the money stolen from them back… clients never receive
any documents, they never sign anything, most don’t even have a
computer to receive emailed documents. Here’s a perfect example; they
show an address on the paper work, on their website & emails of;
“18101 Von Karmen, Irvine, CA.” In reality they are located at “30221
Aventura, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688, 2nd Floor”.
They buy names & phone #’s specifically on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL
LIST & put those names & #’s in an auto “press 1, press 2”
dialer which has been deemed illegal as well. Thought being those people
are not being called by other companies & if someone complains they
say “sorry, we’ll take you off the list… & never do. They just
keep calling trying to get the deal. When the dialer calls the client
the message states it is a “public service announcement” so the consumer
answers their phone more willing to listen to the sales pitch.
The customer service department has been specifically directed to NOT
CANCEL A CLIENTS DRAFT WHEN THEY CALL & CANCEL SO IT FORCES THEM TO
CALL A MANAGER. THIS DOES 2 THINGS, GIVES TIME TO GET ANOTHER DRAFT FROM
CLIENTS ACCOUNT. WHEN CLIENT CALLS MANAGER THEY HAVE A CHANCE TO
CONVINCE THE CLIENT TO STAY IN THE PROGRAM. Even if the manager cannot
convince the client they don’t stop drafting using an excuse of they
need the cancellation in writing giving time to get another draft. It is
all geared around tricks to get more drafts of money from the clients
account… UNBELIEVABLE !!! They have well over 2, 000 clients &
only 1 negotiator – how do you think they will ever get anything
done????
No one matters to these guys, all they want to do is keep taking as much
money home as possible. They have money hidden in so many different off
shore accounts they brag no one will ever find all the money they have,
not even the Federal Government. In fact the talk of the office is
whatever they had to tell the client to get them to sign up & an
even bugger laugh when the dupe people into giving up their info with
the client not having any intention on signing up. THE WHOLE GOAL IS TO
GET MONEY, THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT THE CLIENTS SITUATIONS IS.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THESE GUYS, KNOW OF THEM OR HAVE HEARD OF
THEM CALL THE FTC IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU ARE IN THEIR “RIP OFF PROGRAM”
NOW, CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE & ASK;
What is the attorney’s name? How much money is in your account? How many
negotiators they have & how many clients? or, call your creditors
you enrolled in their program & ask them if they have been contacted
by Nelson Gamble & Assoc… I guarantee you this is the biggest rip
off you cam imagine…
Jeremy Nelson takes home well over $70, 000.00 a month from straight up
ripping people off. They own multiple Hummers, multiple Mercedes Benz’, a
home in Coto de Caza – upper class guard gated community in south
orange county & have no regard for anyone or anything. If you come
between them & their money make sure you watch out… they are
unscrupulous & will do anything to protect their money.
FUNNIEST THING OF ALL IS JEREMY NELSON THINKS HE’S A GANGSTER. THINKS HE
CAB START A WAR WITH ANYONE HE INTENDS… THE GUY IS A 2 BIT THIEF
& NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

BEWARE!!!!
This company called my cell and left a message about wiping out my debt. From #(710)920-9871, with a city name of “Center, ND”), I returned the call, got a recording, and pressed the number to be taken off the call list & then seemed to be immediately cut off when I pressed the number to be taken off their list. I tried that a couple times, same hangup. I called back & instead pressed the number to speak to someone about their debt relief offer, so that I could request to be put on their Do Not Call list. When someone answered, and immediately asked to be placed on their Do Not Call list. the worker then said, “Your social?” I replied, “WHAT?” He said, “I need your Social.” I said, Why?” He replied, “To verify your phone number.” “You need my SOCIAL to be put on your Do Not Call list????!!!” He hung up on me. I tried calling the number back to ask for a supervisor, get more info on the company, but kept getting hung up on by the recordings, even when I pressed the number to talk to someone live.
I immediately did a computer search for Do Not Call list info. I came up with a website for the FCC http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotca… where you could check to see if you were on the national Do Not Call registry. I thought I was, but I was NOT. I signed up immediately & the website said it may take 72 hours to kick in. There was also a page for reporting scam calls or infractions of the Do Not Call list. I reported the above encounter in which the person asked for my Social, etc. I couldn’t wait for the 72 hours to pass.
Sure enough, today, a week later, I got a call with the SAME pre-recorded message, this time from (406-219-2617, from Bozeman, MT). “This is a public service announcement that we can wipe out your debt,”(etc.) This time I pressed the number to talk to someone, just to get info on the company, which I obtained from “John” who said he was from Irvine, CA with an office in Tulsa, OK. (So their call centers are at least in Center, ND and Bozeman, MT, I presume) John gave me the company name of “Debt Relief Services” from Orange County, California
I pretended that I had massive debt that John said they could cut in half, with lots of fancy talking and explaining about them putting my monthly payments to them in an FDIC escrow account (He also referred to it as a “Trust Account”) which they would use to pay off the balance of my (supposedly now lowered) debt (that they would have negotiated down to 50 to 60% of what I owe). He asked if I had checking and/or savings accounts & said I would have to sign up for auto-withdrawal from my account to put the money in the escrow account. They would then take over the payments to all of my creditors through that account.
I asked where I could get more info on the company & John gave me the website name of nelsongamble.com. It looks quite professional. I told them I would think about it & get back to them. John wanted my phone number and I said, “You called me. I assume you have it.” I neglected to tell them that I am NOW on the FCC Do Not Call list and that they have violated the regulations, AND that I would be reporting them once again to the FCC. I will now have much more information to give the FCC about this questionable operation. John gave me his phone number: 1800-670-0230 Ext. 2255. Can’t wait to turn this over to the FCC.
It didn’t take me long to find this warning website through Google, but there was only about one other hit on nelsongamble.com on Google. Hope more people don’t get hurt by this company.

same thing but i must tell you i have bin on the do not call list since 2003 i have also filed almost 152 complaints on the do not call web site and guess what i still get all the calls and more. The FCC site is just as bad as the people who call. They have not called me or contacted me at all, i leave my # email and address for a response so don’t get your hopes up on thinking that the D N C L is anything more than more government crap. I have contacted a lawyer at Thomasen Law Group in California ask for Kevin and tell him the story. He is going after them for using their name. Look them up on the web.Â
It appears that every debt settlement service provider, both legitimate and not, has complaints against them from the research that I have done. Nelson Gamble & Associates actually helped me get rid of my debt, after I had failed miserably in two other debt settlement programs with Morgan Drexen and DebtCureUSA whom did absolutely nothing for me but take my money. Although Nelson Gamble’s monthly payment was a tad bit higher, I literally was at a loss for words when they called me and told me they had settled my Bank of America crediy card, which initially had a balance of $28,900 for only $4,400! Nelson Gamble underpromised and OVERDELIVERED to the max, I am so grateful for their help and support.
