  • FRAUD SO FAR!!! Not even BBB accredited! I have been working with Melissa Kimberlin (Senior Credit Coach) and what a horrible experience! I have a credit score of 587 and was trying to be charged $900 to fix my credit yet EVERYWHERE online I have read that they are charging people waaaay less and they have worse credit than I do. The worst part is that I ONLY authorized them to pull my credit (I never paid them a penny!) and guess what Trinity did? They applied for a home loan on my behalf WITHOUT my consent!!! I received a letter in the mail from a mortgage company first thing this year and the first line in the letter reads: “In connection with your application for a loan, the lender must disclose to you the score that a consumer reporting agency distributes to users and the lender used in connection with your loan and the key factors affecting your credit scores.” I immediately contacted the home mortgage loan company stated on the letter I received because I was appalled that they did a loan request/application without my consent! Luckily the man who assisted me is investigating this and is so far BEYOND helpful. He stated to me in an email that another person contacted him with the same issue and this other person was having their credit “repaired” thorugh Trinity so he asked if I gave them my info to “repair” my credit… I was in disbelief! How could this gentleman possibly know I asked Trtinity to pull my credit?! I then forwarded his email to Melissa with Trinity and she kept giving me the run around and never answered my question as to why she applied for a home loan without my consent! I went back and forth with her through numerous emails trying to get an answer from her with NO success! I finally sent her one last email stating I am having this investigated (which I am) because this is FRAUD! Her answer was that I gave her consent to pull my credit… I ONLY AUTHORIZED MY CREDIT PULLED!!! NOT FOR ANYONE TO APPLY FOR A HOME LOAN ON MY BEHALF AND WITHOUT MY CONSENT! Once the investigation is finished I will update this, but if the outcome of the investigation is not good I will definitely be suing her and the company for sure! The internet is very powerful, unfortunately for them, they messed with the wroooong person!

  • Trinity Credit Services is full of ish!!!! I paid the $700 send in all required paperwork and ONLY removed 4 items within FIVE MONTHS and the program is SIX MONTHS. What a RIP OFF!!!!!!! My account manager was RUDE when I questioning him about the lack of removals on my account. I wanted to catch a plan to TX and beat his a$$. It’s funny how he wasn’t RUDE at the beginning. PLEASE DON’T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO TRINITY. I will be filing a complaint with the BBC. And I will be posting stuff on every blog about Trinity.

    • Dude, I would say removing 4 items is a successful job…. Did you ever catch that “plan”??  And what did the British Broadcasting Corporation have to say when you complained?

    •  This is my post that I posted years ago.  This company has resolved my issue. PLEASE REMOVE THIS COMMENT as it was copied and pasted from the another wesbite.  And I used much harsher language when I posted.  I am not sure who you are or why you are doing this but I want no part of this.  PLEASE DELETE MY COMMENT ABOVE.

    • i gave them $1,000 to fix my credit. i had a federal tax lien and a state tax lien both totaling over $40,000 from a failed business due to the economy in 2008 and a crooked accountant that “took the money and ran”. i also had a vehicle repossion for @ $5,000 and some medical bills. I was told that they guaranteed me that they could get it removed because “these companies don’t keep these documents around and we’re gonna ask for them (about 10-12 certain documents) and they won’t be able to give them to us and they will be forced to remove it from your credit report”. “money back guaranteed.” well i’m not done with the process yet but i’m close, and so far the only things they’ve gotten off of my credit report are medical bills i’ve already paid off. they even took off an old loan through my bank that was paid in full and in good standing(?)don’t know why. now there are categories called “validated debt” on my log in on their website. these “validated debts” include the tax liens that i paid off and have letters from the county offices confirming that they are satisfied and should be removed. these are the two main things that i wanted off of my credit report and they are showing up as “validated”. i am not done with the process, but i am not sure so far if they will be able to do what they promised. i was also told today by a mortgage broker that i would be approved today for the house that we want if i didn’t have disputed items on my credit report. which is all that trinity does apparently, is dispute things until hopefully they come off. come to find out, the reposession that i have on my credit that is 6 years old would not hurt my credit at all to buy a house if they hadn’t have “kicked the hornets’ nest” by disputing it. apparently mortgage companies won’t care about things that old, they just care about the last time activity happened on it which was when trinity disputed it. if they can’t get it off my credit then i’ll be worse off then i was when i started
