For those of us familiar with the debt and credit world. One of the things to avoid is anything that involves pre-paid services for credit repair services.
That’s why when the following email was sent to me by a tipster (send in your tips here) I was shocked.
Someone is going to fall for this load of bull but don’t let it be you. It’s a bunch of hype that looks like it could land people that fall for this is hot water with credit fraud. In addition the Credit Mastery Challenge folks need to review the Credit Repair Organizations Act before they send out any more offers like this.

COMPLETE DETAILS IN THIS EMAIL
===========================
So the other day I sent out an email ONLY to my JV Partner’s to give them access to our expedited credit program that isn’t even released yet(Officially).
Little did I know that they would be ringing my cell phone off the hook for a chance to sell it.
I told them I’m not letting anyone else prosper from the benefits of my new expedited program until my own customers have first access.
A little back story…
I’ve been working on something for a very long time that is FAR greater than you could ever expect to see.
In the past you would have claimed it impossible.
I’ll get to it in just a second.
So anyway, I’ve been secretly working behind the scenes on a contract that involved the credit bureau’s allowing me to provide my customers with super fast credit service.
I’ll skip all the details but it involves the credit bureau’s, some attorney’s, paper, ink, and signatures.
It basically ends in me prevailing in the end.
BUT there’s a catch…
When I finally release this I am only allowed to do 50 orders a month.
That may sound like a lot but believe me my JV Partner’s alone will fill that quota.
So now what used to be the impossible is now the VERY POSSIBLE!
–> NO website to visit
–> NO opt in needed
–> NO audio to listen to
–> NO video about this
ALL the details are in this email so read on…
FIRST:
You may hear this a lot but I don’t need information seekers.
SERIOUS people only!
SERIOUS people only!
Define serious: Serious is a person that has read this email and is ready to change their life.
While I respect people wanting to think about something, my JV partners are waiting on me and I told them they can’t sell it until I see if my people want first crack at filling up the spots.
SECOND:
This program is expensive so if you can’t afford the price in this email please don’t reply.
I understand this will rule out most people but don’t worry, I’ll have something special for you for my regular service soon.
Ok, so now that I got that out of the way here are the details that I just sent to my
JV Partners a few days ago:
********************************
–> Your entire credit file will be completely clean in 22 days(or less)
–> It will stay clean forever from the items already on there that will be removed
–> It doesn’t matter what’s on there now.
–> Here’s your chance to start over in less than 30 days regardless of your past history.
–> 4 PRIMARY AGED TRADELINES added to boost your current score over 700.
–> FULL REFUND in 22 days if we can’t do it.
*********************************
So here’s the big question you MUST ask yourself…
How much is is costing you NOT to do this?
How much would you pay to erase your past and start with a completely clean credit file and perfect credit score?
Think about how much money your losing and how much pain your gonig through right now because your credit is crap.
HOW MUCH would you pay to get rid of it all?
FACT:
Once I have released this VERY UNIQUE opportunity I will be selling it for around $8,000 – $12,000 and guess what, I’ll have a line of orders even at those prices.
For the next 10 people ONLY that reply to this email and let me know they are in I’m going to give them the FAST MOVERS price of…
FAST MOVER PRICE: $2,997
That’s it.
let me ask you…are you frustrated because you can’t get a home loan due to your past credit history?
Do you need a home loan approved in the next 30 days?
What about a vehicle?
Are you the person who can afford to buy a new vehicle but your credit won’t let you?
In my opinion, it’s a very small price to pay to get your entire life back.
Do You Have a Question You'd Like Help With? Contact Debt Coach Damon Day. Click here to reach Damon.
So that’s it. The next 10 people only.
Talk Soon,
Lang
PS: I’m very serious about it being the next 10 people only. There’s no reason for me to sell it at such a low price when I could easily get 50 at $12,000 each.
I’m doing this because I really care about my customers and I always take care of you.
PSS: Do this exercise before you reply. Figure out how much it’s REALLY costing you NOT to take advantage of this. Be honest. If we haven’t filled up by then shoot me an email. I’ll set you free.

Great, if Lang is doing so well, then why did he run away and hide? Why doesn’t he just refund this consumers money? Something isn’t adding up to me. Seems to me that someone who was really doing that well would actually want to protect their reputation and simply refund the money if a consumer wasn’t happy.
My guess is that Lang really needs the money and that is why he chose to hide rather than give it back.
Good for you but what in the world does that have to do with the consumer getting his promised refund?
I m not here to help people get money that s not owed to them. Lang has help hundreds of thousands of people. This is one guy who wanted a miracle in 30 days like he stated in his post
I have proof that my score increased but what’s posting it going to do???
Maybe you can help this reader get a refund then since you have such a great relationship with Lang.
See Reader Wants a Refund From Lang Smith Who He Paid Advance Fees to For Credit Repair. No Refund Received.
That’s great Jay, now maybe Lang Smith would like to come back and explain why
he will not honor the refund request of ER1919. If he would give the money
back, we would be happy to report that he made good on his refund policy.
Until that happens, it sort of makes all of the things we were warning consumers about 3 months ago pretty credible don’t you agree?
I Used Credit Mastery Challenge’s Services In July of 2010 And
I Was 100% Satisfied!
Â
Steve & Damon
I know the industry has a bad reputation, And I will admit I
was skeptical to try their services at first, it sounded to good to be true.
But after I found out the tactics Credit Mastery Challenge uses I gave them a
try. They are the only credit repair company that uses innovative tactics like combining
trade-lines with disputing negative items all in one package. They added three
trade-lines to my credit report and after 90 days my score increased over 95
points. Thanks to Lang’s services I was able to purchase a home for my family
at a decent interest rate and get out of 40k in debt. He kept his word and communicated
with me every step of the way. I’m surprised that as a Credit/Debt expert you
don’t understand how adding trade-lines to your credit increases your scores
and offs sets the negative items. And if you dispute the negative items off
your credit report and add positive credit to your score your score will
skyrocket. The truth is Lang Smith is the real deal! And every single person I refer has had the
same positive experience as I did.
Â
 Steve its disgusting
that you make a living badmouthing every company except CESI Debt Solutions coincidentally
they are one of your affiliates and they pay your bills.. Humm I wonder why
that is?? You make a living by trying to
tarnish people’s reputations. The reality is the only people you are hurting is
the people who cheat themselves out of not trying Credit Mastery Challenge. And
go with a scam that won’t perform like Credit Mastery Challenge does.
Â
Lang helped me achieve my dream of buying a home and helped
me get out of 40k in debt; I thought I would die in debt. I have recommended
them to my family and strongly recommend them to anyone who is serious about
improving their credit score. I would gladly pay $3000 any day to get the same results
again. Â They are not the cheapest! but is
the best every cheap??

Hello ER1919, are you certain that you can’t dispute a charge with paypal after 45 days? I am pretty sure you can unless they have recently changed it. I would give paypal a call and verify that you can’t do it.
why don’t you contact the local PD and Attorney Generals offices
If yo can’t reach him, his cell phone number is 912-275-0025, his facebook is Lang Smith out of jacksonville,FL…his emails are Lsmithenterprise@aol.com and Lsmithenterprise@gmail.com, he accepts paypal payments through debt soultions llc
I pray that he challenges me on this forum because I have receipts, emails and docs to prove everything I say !!
I paid the guy via Paypal and Paypal doesn’t let you dispute anything after 45 days, I took this guy word and gave him the benefit of doubt but he’s full of it…If you guys have anymore suggestions on how to go about getting my money back please let me know…I’m currently getting all my emails and docs together for Steve Rhode, I don’t want anyone else to get scammed by this guy again
@c9d9fc0e673d096b4f60551abdadda58:disqus If you paid using a Credit Card or Bank ATM dispute the transaction with your Credit Card Company or Bank they will reverse the monies and go after his merchant account to get the money assuming you didn’t use a check or cash, wire, or moneygram and assuming you paid in the last 90 days since you typically only have 90 days to request these from your bank or credit card company. Also I would contact your local police department to report the fraud
@845b4289e85b1f859c864c7e284427da:disqus Please update us on the refund for Er1919. Is the intention to give him a complete refund or do you have another side to the story you’d like to share.
Hello Er1919, please keep us informed on what Lsmithenterprise does, if anything, to rectify the situation and make it right.
Lsmithenterprise, please come on and share your side of the story.
Hello Er1919,
I appreciate you coming on to share your story. This is unfortunately what I was worried would happen.
Now we will wait for Lsmithenterprise to come on to explain what happened and why you are not experiencing the promised results from his sales letter, as well as inform all of us what he will do to correct the situation.
He’s a fraud, I tried the service and have proof ! He’s yet to refund me as well
I’ve had my first experience wit Lsmithenterprise and it hasn’t been pleasant by any means….I paid him for this service and guess what….NOTHING HAPPENED. He asked me to go through another program of his that involves the use of a CPN, I said ok and after 45 days…..NOTHING HAPPENED…I call and text and email him about a refund and after 80 calendar days….NOTHING HAPPENS, needless to say I’m now out of patience and will stop at nothing to get JUSTICE

Is there a reason your comment can be linked to that of Lsmithenterprise?
Hi Steve,
I think its really a great thing that you offer people free advice and help on their debt issues. However, in today’s economy, with the banks holding onto your money, not giving out loans due to their own mishaps in the real estate industry and deals made to those who couldn’t afford it, why would you divulge such a statement that a company is a scam when that is 100% not the reality at all.
I’m all for helping people know about companies you should stay away from, however, you have not managed to show or prove anything by this blog. It’s upsetting that you are against americans who pay taxes and are trying to get their lives back on track. I’ve had many medical problems, lost my job and have had the world against me at times, but I would never slander a company that is helping the economy in so many ways, by getting people the purchasing power they deserve. To be able to buy something is giving americans their freedom back again to buy homes, a car to get to work, or something for their newborns that they have a hard time getting medical insurance for. All these issues that most of us struggle with are looking for an answer from an honest company that can help get collection companies off our back, or looking to understand how we can learn not to repeat our past financial mistakes.
I’ve received emails from Lang’s company ever since he repaired my credit for myself, family and my friends back in September of 2010. I now refer him to my past coworkers and friends of mine that are having hard times in this horrible economy. He consistently sends me email on free information he offers for months after I’ve used his service. He’s a mastermind in the industry and is truly a success story from his own credit past issues. He’s just like us, a person who learned from his own mistakes from applying for too many credit cards in college and not understanding that he had to pay them off every month. I’ve learned loads of priceless information from a man that would love for you to learn as much as you can for free without using his service.
My family was recently able to buy a home and a car all in the past year because of Lang and his Credit Mastery Challenge service. It’s sad to me that you have never used his service and would publicly go around making claims about something being a scam when you haven’t even purchased the service.
Like all goods and services, in order to make a substantial comment to protect consumers you back your claim by Research and Usage of Service.
If at that point you had a problem with a purchase/service or you didn’t like the product/service then you talk about how you went about it to resolve it with the company customer service rep or a manager. Then as you know bad news travels fast…
The credit industry is brutal and I’ve been burned many times by companies that have slaughtered my pocketbook. I wish I could blog about those companies however, I have posted many emails, facebook and twitter comments warning people about my tested failures to believe in companies that make such extensive claims.
Steve, if you are a “get out of debt guy” that offers strategic, honest, and credited FACTS,then WHY don’t you buy the service and scan in all the documents that show the process and then show the RESULTS. I do assume that what I’m saying in the last sentence is what you offer to your bloggers, however, I do not know your company blog or your creditability. I just know what you have said about a professional in the credit industry.
So I’m probably giving you more credit than you deserve, but I will only say what you claim to be to your bloggers and I would never say you send crazy emails, blog dishonestly to your followers, but I will say that you need to do your homework and prove your non credited comments. I’m sure Lang would happy to take on your worst debt client or blogger for free, just to show you that your defamation of character are just that and are very wrong.
I can assure you that your credit woes will be answered by the company and that your claims will be accessed publicly in a HONEST manner when you see that you get what you paid within the timeline you were promised. If your credit is great, then offer to do it for a blogger of yours and offer to pay for it. Wouldn’t you love to actually say something positive about a company that could help your followers. I think they would be appreciative of your Honest attempt to prove that what you have said in this case of credit repair is wrong.
If you want to help people then FACTS will only work. Opinions based on a tipster email that was sent to me and many of my friends that have used Credit Mastery Challenge is a secure way to continue to help your clients not see the whole PICTURE. You’ve taken a micro clip of a process that you have no idea about, because you are not a client; I AM however.
Hands down I commend Lang for offered hours of free content in a easy to use way and he always keeps you apprised of the newest and greatest information out there, which is my eyes I guess is a competitor to Mr. Steve. Who knows… this was fun to write though. Hope you all continue to Challenge what you read online, because I know I do from the reading about our president to purchasing a product online, I read and make judgments based on facts.
My pleasure,
Dr. R. Moore MD

So wait, is this service with or without an up front fee?
So wait, is this service with or without an up front fee?
You are going to take your ball and go home so soon? I thought we were just getting started?
“10 spots left at that price” is not a scarcity tactic?
3,000 dollars is quite an expensive thank you.
If it is so great and it is just a thank you to a private list of people who know you and your company, why the need for a sales letter? Especially if you are so busy you can’t keep up, and them giving you 3,000 is just a pure favor from you to them.
Seems like if that was the case all you would need is a few lines to tell people about the special gift and this super low price and you wouldn’t need to really convince them, no?
Why are you working with all these JV partners if you can only offer it to 50 people and you can’t keep up with demand as it is? Yet you are about to release it to more partners?
Now you will have to forgive my skepticism, you may certainly be a very nice guy, and you may in fact have a magic solution even though it sounds illegal as hell. For the low magic price of 3,000 someone can legally erase their past no matter what, in only 22 days.
See why my initial reaction is to think you are a charlatan? I am sorry but I don’t believe someone can give you 3,000 dollars and legally have a new credit file in 22 days. Now before you stomp off and go home, I would like to know more about this awesome secret thing you have because if it is legit I will be happy to check it out.
Typically scams are predicated on something being secret or exclusive as to prevent anyone from actually looking into it. So if you want to roll with that, then if someone feels foolish enough to throw you 3,000 dollars based on a sales letter and an outrageous promise, then I hope the best for them. If you want to take the time to share exactly how you can do something that seems impossible, I will be happy to apologize and say that I was wrong and Lang really has his hands on something great.
I am not in a business to compete with you. I help protect consumers. So if someone has something that is really great and is legal and will help a lot of people, I will be the biggest cheerleader. However, if the opposite is true, then you will not be a very big fan of mine.
That’s easy…I would never release anything into the market without extensive testing. We spent lots of time testing this since we first got special access.
The point of the 10 files was to let everyone know that I have a limit of 50 people a month for this service and that I have 10 spots left to give and I want to give them to my clients or prospects as a thank you for keeping up with my company.
I was allowed certain restrictions and even more restriction once it was released to the public.
Notice I said public. The email I sent was to my PRIVATE list.
It was NOT a scarcity tactic. I’m very familiar with that stuff since I’m friends with some of the top internet marketers in the country.
What I was saying is that I only had 10 spots left AT THAT PRICE.
I was doing that as a thank you and there was no reason after that to sell it for anything less since I can’t even keep up with the demand right now at a much higher price.
We tested a total of 465 test files BEFORE that email was even sent out. That doesn’t change the fact that I still have a restriction of 50 files a month.
See, this is the problem with this world today. A few bad seeds ruin it for everyone. In the case of the credit industry I completely understand but I do my best to provide upfront and honest information so the people I help know exactly what they get BEFORE they pay anything.
You can talk all day about this stuff…the people that do this are just looking for a reason NOT to repair their credit OR they are just jealous that they can’t do it.
Pick one but at the end of the day I’m here to help people and nothing on this page prevents that from happening.
Everyone in this world has an opinion on something all the time. For every person that say pure organic foods are completely healthy there are 2 more people telling you why they aren’t.
I’m done with this blog, page, or whatever. I’ve said everything I need to say and people can judge from here.
Good Luck!
Ok, Mr. Lsmithenterprise,
I have a question…
Your sales letter says only the next 10 people. And then you create some “exclusive scarcity” by claiming some mysterious entity will only allow you to share this super secret information with 50 people a month. Then you claim it will all be done in 22 days.
Are you still with me? Great, now please explain how you were able to close 267 files this month?
Steve say whatever you want but it still doesn’t change the fact the we can still do what we say. We follow by all legal laws and have personal relationships with people who work for the FTC. Also, you probably saw a very old contract of ours so stop pretending like you know what you’re talking about.
Do you know how many laws the credit bureau’s break every single day? Right, you don’t look at that. We follow by every single law and stay within our guidelines. I’m in my legal right to send a private email out just as I would be telling a friend by word of mouth but in no way can I advertise that service. It doesn’t change the fact the we just fully completed 267 files this month. You are a very small piece in this big country of people who really need help so if anyone who reads your stuff actually believes what you’re saying about my company then we don’t want them as a customer anyway.
All your stories do is keep real people from getting real help so who’s the fraud now? You reach a very small number of people compared to the market out there so I’m not even worried what you think. Simple fact, I will continue to help people no matter what you say. There’s always someone out there who thinks they know everything.
Anytime you get big people slander you. Good luck! I can tell you I’m not hurting, my company isn’t hurting and I’m still helping tons of people everyday so guess what, YOU LOSE!
Actually I have the email which you have admitted sending out and the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
If you want more facts then this is what the FTC has to say:
When negative information in your report is accurate, only the passage of time can assure that it will be removed. A consumer reporting company can report most accurate negative information for seven years and can report bankruptcy information for 10 years.
If you get an offer to repair or fix your credit, how can you know if it’s legit? Here are some signs that should set off alarms in your head – and make you put the offer in the trash:
The company wants you to pay for credit repair services before they provide any services.
Fact: Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, credit repair companies cannot require you to pay until they have completed the credit repair services they promised.
The company doesn’t tell you your rights and what you can do for yourself for free.
Fact: The law allows you to ask for an investigation of information in your file that you dispute as inaccurate or incomplete. This investigation doesn’t cost any money.
The company recommends that you don’t contact any of the three major national consumer reporting companies (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) directly.
Fact: Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the consumer reporting company and the information provider (the person, company, or organization that provides information about you to the consumer reporting company) must correct inaccurate or incomplete information in your report. To take advantage of all your rights under the FCRA, contact the consumer reporting company and the information provider in writing.
The company tells you they can get rid of most or all the negative credit information in your credit report, even if the information is accurate and current.
Fact: Any credit repair company that claims to be able to legally remove accurate and timely information from your credit report is lying. There’s no easy fix for bad credit. Improving your credit takes time and a conscious effort to pay your debts.
The company suggests that you apply for an Employer Identification Number to use instead of your Social Security number so you can invent a “new†credit identity – and then, a new credit report.
Fact: If you follow illegal advice like this, you may find yourself in hot water. It’s a federal crime to lie on a loan or credit application, to misrepresent your Social Security number, or to get an Employer Identification Number from the Internal Revenue Service under false pretenses. You could be charged and prosecuted for mail or wire fraud if you use the mail, telephone, or Internet to apply for credit and provide false information. – Source

The email was forwarded to me by a tipster. You may have sent it to a specified list of people but one of them forwarded it to me.
I was shocked by the email because it appears to fly in the face of the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Can you please explain how it does not since it seems to be for a $2,997 fee, states the service clean a credit file, it asserts the consumer will have a perfect credit score, and appears to indicate that once cleaned of negative items the consumer could use that credit report to apply for new credit.
Restrictions on Credit Repair Organizations
Here are a few things credit repair organizations cannot legally do:
1-Lie or advise you to lie about your credit history to your current or future creditors
2- Alter your identity, e.g. get a new EIN (Employer Identification Number) or new identity, to try to get a new credit history
3- Misrepresent the services they provide to you
4- Ask you to pay for services before they have been provided
I suppose youre doing this free of charge until the results have been obtained?
This guy doesn’t have any hard core proof on anything he says here. All he does is rely on other people sending him random emails based off of complete OPINION not FACT. Steve is a joke in my opinion.

Good Luck!
He’s a fraud, I tried the service and have proof ! He’s yet to refund me as well

This Steve Rhodes guy is a sham. He thinks his credibility gives him the right to slander other companies but it doesn’t. This guy may be educated but he doesn’t know crap.
Listen up Steve, there’s a BIG difference between what YOU say is possible and what’s ACTUALLY possible in this world.
Sure, most credit promises are scams no doubt. This one however is far from it.
I am actually the owner of Credit Mastery Challenge and I have worked for years building an honest reputation in a dishonest industry. I’ve done a great job of that also even with people like you out there CLAIMING otherwise.
First, I would like to say that the email and everything in it is extremely 100% true. Let me ask you something Steve….
If Donald Trump opened your eyes up to everything he has access to in Real Estate and how he make so much money what do you think you would say?
You would probably say that half of what he does to be so successful in real estate isn’t possible because YOU or the general public don’t have access to it and have never heard it. Well let me ask you….just because you have never heard of it or never had access to such private stuff does that mean that it’s automatically a scam?
Let me ask you this all mighty Steve….Have you even tried the so called scam credit service that’s being offered in this email so you have concrete proof of your own that it truly isn’t real? Of course not because if you have you would have experience the same result as several HUNDRED other people have already which is exactly what it says it does.
Here’s a tip that YOU of all people should know….
Before you go and preach about other companies and their services you should try them out for yourself so you have 100% concrete proof that what you are saying is the truth. That tipster that you claim gave you my email could have been doing it out of pure jealousy. It could have been a client that couldn’t afford the service and are pissed off that I won’t just give it away.
It could have been a past affiliate that is mad that I choose not to work with them anymore.
How do you even know your so called “SOURCE†is even truthful?
Have they been through it? NO
Have they seen it fail? NO, because it never has.
That’s the problem with people like you who think you know everything. You’re a person that in your brain if YOU don’t have direct access to it then it must be a scam. WRONG!
My stuff works and it will continue to work regardless what you have to say about it.
Also, check your laws again mister no it all. I’m familiar with the FCRA and nowhere does it state that you can’t send an email to your list saying whatever you want to say.
It DOES however state that it’s illegal to PUBLICLY post a website or ads claiming such stuff.
I sent that email to my private list of people, most of them who have already bought from me in past and had success. There’s no law against that.
Stever Rhodes, you will be hearing from my legal team for slandering my company in public without solid concrete evidence.
You better have these posts removed before they get to you or I’m looking at a big payday(which I will post the entire court case online for everyone to see).
Have a Great Day!
