I was a member of theirs for 12 months and my score went from 495 to 693 within the first 5 months. By the time I was done in their program my score capped at 732. They helped me remove a Rogers Cellular error and clean up things that I did not even notice on my own report. Originally, I went to them because I was turned down for a mortgage and was recommended by my mortgage broker. They did charge me for the membership fee but never was I asked to pay anything else ever. Money well spent as I now own a house and have great credit :)

the customer service is B.S.They call you right away to make a sale with their fake promises and I promise you will never hear back from them!!!! I pay for one years in one shot, what a retard. I only got bad experiences.the truth is I get rip off. I went at the office because noting was moving for me and the office is dirty like hell, tons of paper and document piles everywhere. .btw don`t believe what the salesman said to you on the first call, same for their testimonial its all garbage!!!They refer me to an other company, their affiliates and they work  the same way they was suppose to send a report to equifax every month and its been 3 month and nothing show up. i ve been calling them but no call back.

please don`t get scam  like i did.this is not a joke. i don`t hate them but i will never never never send someone there. so don t go

They’re good at keeping track of your payments and taking your money, but its been a year and I have since heard from them. Even after e-mailing them, requesting my money back as they had done nothing on my file, they have still not contacted me.
