They call it reestructuring of a loan they do not want to use the word MODIFICATION as per DRE it is prohibited to charge any fees for loan modifications
Just received one from “UFAN Texas 92707” is the listed return address. Â Looks like the ones in the article you posted but this one states “FINAL NOTICE” and is seeking a settlement against
Wells Fargo Bank NA.
I believe i have been fooled by one of this scams because I alerady paid them 5,000 dollars and they won’t even take may calls any more is there any thing i can do to get my money back from them?
