Had tried to sell home, refinanace didn’t work, ended up with large credit card bills, short sale of house. Am currently in world Law plan for debt relief however feel this definately is not working. Would like to get out of this and file bankruptcy. Currently am writing certified letter to world law to end

Yes. You can file bankruptcy without getting out. You can file bankruptcy on your way out.
You may have already seen my process on how to get out of a debt settlement program and get a refund. If not, follow that link.
You don’t need to delay in finding a local bankruptcy attorney and starting the process now. If you don’t get the refund before you start the bankruptcy, depending on how much you’ve already paid World Law Plan, the bankruptcy attorney may go after that money and get a judgment against World Law plan to repay it.
