Whats even funnier….. is that the phone number on the Brookshire Holloway site says Bruce D Stuart and sounds just like the voice on the video that was on BOTH sites. Seems like the only thing these people are competent with is being shady as hell.

Now Brookshire Holloway is back in business. Bruce D Stuart is claiming no affiliation with BH (Smart man not to associate with Mike Wayman and Don Brokaw)!
Here is my response to Bruce Stuart who stated that he is not affiliated:You say you are not associated with Brookshire Holloway. Are you associated with Mike Wayman and Don Brokaw? Because the previous websites used your name and your business address, but they were clearly the same sites that these crooked individuals use. The Brookshire Holloway site that was previously up and running (then was miraculously your site) has now returned to Brookshire Holloway. Yet there is another website that is still ACTIVE, with your information that is WORD FOR WORD the same as the current BH site. Knowing all the games these con artist use Im going to assume the following:1) You agreed to do business with them thinking you would get alot of clients. 2) You had NO IDEA the people you were dealing with and what a horrible reputation they have. Unfortunately their reputation is nothing short of the absolute truth. 3) They did not live up to your agreement and was probably doing some unethical stuff without your knowledge.4) You realized that associating with criminals was career suicide, so you backed out. Or they refused to work with you for one reason or another. (Sidenote: Do you know how many companies they have called themselves? Then all of sudden they are no longer that company and play the role of the “processor”)5) Because these two cops are on a power trip and are greedy as all get out….. your relationship fell by the wayside (probably didnt happen that smoothly). 6) Now everything that you two worked on together is being separated. So your site goes back to your content and their site goes back to their original Brookshire Holloway site. (EVEN THOUGH THAT SITE DID HAVE YOUR INFORMATION ON IT). 7) Funny thing is – on top of being greedy, unethical and shady….they also are incompetent. Mr Stuart, there is a site that is active, that has ALL YOUR INFORMATION ON IT. Once again….I will tell you that this site is word for word of what you will find on the “updated” BH site.I applaud you Mr Stuart from distancing your self from these people. I only offer you this advice: Make sure any clients that you are representing that had anything to do with their office is TAKEN CARE OF. They will have no problems leaving clients high and dry with houses selling left and right and letting you take all the blame while they take all the money!!
Brookshire Holloway is not a debt relief company. They are selling the mass litigation product. They are working under the attorney Bruce D Stuart who no surprise has had his license suspended during his career as an attorney.
Findacase.com quotes:
“Finally, we turn to the question of the severity of the discipline that should be imposed. Petitioner claims that the recommended discipline, including a one-year suspension with execution stayed on certain conditions, is unduly severe. He argues that his only act of serious misconduct was his failure to file a timely motion to withdraw as counsel when he was unable to locate his client. This claim, however, indicates that petitioner still fails to admit responsibility for his negligence in the matters herein. He consistently demonstrated a lack of diligence and concern for his client’s interests, and was extremely careless in managing his office. He did not maintain contact with his client, he lost his client’s file, and the client lost the opportunity to pursue his case. Additionally, it is particularly disturbing that these events occurred shortly after he had been privately reproved in a separate disciplinary matter.
While we give great weight to the recommendation of the review department, we may impose more severe discipline when it is warranted. (Finch v. State Bar of California (1981) 28 Cal. 3d 659, 666 [170 Cal. Rptr. 629, 621 P.2d 253]; Heavey v. State Bar (1976) 17 Cal. 3d 553, 560 [131 Cal. Rptr. 406, 551 P.2d 1238].) Under the circumstances, we have concluded that the review department’s recommended discipline is too lenient. Some actual suspension is necessary to bring home to petitioner the high degree of care and fiduciary duty he owes to those he represents.
Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, that execution of the order of suspension be stayed, and that he be placed on probation for said period of one year on the conditions that he actually be suspended for the first 30 days, that he pass the Professional Responsibility Examination within the probation period.”
Now mind you, this disciplinary action was some time ago……but he obviously did not learn his lesson.
There is NO WAY an attorney would not do their own research on someone that they are partnering up with. All you have to do is type in one of the MANY names that Mr Wayman & Mr Brokaw have operated under and see the pages and pages of unhappy, dissatisfied, taken advantage and screwed over clients. If anyone can work with these two men knowing all the damage that they have caused without an ounce of regret, then what does that say about him? All it comes down too…..is how much money can be made. They dont care about any of the clients. They will take as many people for what they got until they find the next big way to scam people. And yes it is a SCAM. My recommendation is clear: DO NOT give them a single dime. Run away, as fast as you can. You will be taken for as much as they can get from you. If you have already paid them, ask for it back and be ready to fight like hell to get your money. Trust me…..its gonna be a long battle.
I am sure you are aware that Brookshire Holloway is just another scam put together by Mike Wayman and Don Brokaw. You have done an incredible job exposing this clown in the past and here is another chance to show what he is up to. He moved offices but the games are still the same. BH has a recent ripoff report and I am sure more will follow. Keep up the great work and God bless you for truly helping your clients.
