I too was scammed by Bellview Financial Group. I was told that I could get a $42,000 loan; all I had to do was put up collateral worth 10 months of payments.
The first individual to contact me was Simon York. I signed the contract, sent it back, sent the money and nothing. The next person I spoke with was Andrew Shields. He was very apologetic about the delay and “worked” on getting everything rectified.
Needless to say, I am out the $6K I sent to include Western Union Fees, have upset my two closest relatives that lent me the money and I am kicking myself for being so stupid as to fall for this.
I will say – desperate people do desperate things.
Note: I have seen other recent cases of people paying this company advanced fees for loans they never receive. Advanced fees have been paid via Western Union to receivers in Spain. The web server for Bellview Financial Group is located in France. The company is not located in Wisconsin and I have had a discussion with the State of Wisconsin over this matter. There is no licensed company by that name in Wisconsin.

You are not alone. I'm here to help. There is no need to suffer in silence. We can get through this. Tomorrow can be better than today. Don't give up.

Unfortunately, same thing happened to me. I was told I could receive a $5,000.00 loan and ended up sending them 5 months upfront (totaling $850.00 w/ western union fees). Your contract uploaded below was exactly the same one that I got – and I am (kind of) glad I was not the only stupid one to say that it looked authentic and original! Sorry.. ;/Â I borrowed the money from my landlord, which set me back horribly because I signed a contract with HIM saying I would have it back to him when Bellview financial told me I would get the money from them. Horrible mess it was.
I reported it to the BBB, consumer affairs of PA and wisconsin, FBI, internet fraud, and everyone else I could think of…. and the bottom line: I was scammed and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
I’m so sorry you got stung with the Bellview scam. Unfortunately you are correct, with the money out of the country, it is probably gone for good.
