Dear Robert,
If you want to cancel I would suggest you send Cambridge Life Solutions your request by email and by postal mail, making sure they have to sign for it or you have proof they got your cancellation notice. You’ll want to send it as soon as possible before they notify your creditors.
If you gave them your bank information to use to withdraw funds from your bank account, contact your bank in Canada and ask them what you can do to prevent any deduction from your account. In the U.S. people typically have to change their account number but I’m not certain what the process is in Canada. Please let me know what you find out.
