1. Yes, when it comes to any type of Business Debt & Federal, State & City Tax issues, there is a Firm located in Ohio that specializes in it. It is known as Global Services of Ohio, Inc., been around since 1991. I believe the man running it is Mario W. Watkins. He somehow has business relations with the Department of the Treasury, U.S. Congress, and the U.S. Senate.
