  1. Well I got a call from these folks also first threatening me with a summons for me to go to court and if I don’t go the judgement will be for twice what I owe. they represented themselves as process servers looking for me to serve the paper.  Again, I could not find a case filed against me where I live.  First i was told they could ask the client to hold the summons if I paid the balance in full.  Then I was offered a settlement but something just sounded a bit fishy  – If you have a summons can you just reverse it?  I told the woman I would call her back –  When I did I asked for everything in writing.  when I received the letter there was no reference to the threat of judgements and summons just a settlement offer from this company which I tem did google search on to find out they are scammers and making illigal threats.  I will be reporting them futher.
