I responded by phone to a letter sent to me on sept. 1 2011. The guy brandon said he could lower my capital one interest to 6% from 29% and lower my payment. He qouted me a 1295.00 up front charge and a 50.00 fee each month. I told him i’d check out his website and look into his company with the BBB. He’s calling me back tommorrow at 8 pm Tuesday Sept. 6th.
