Consumer Statement:

We were told by the Law Offices of Anita Pieratt that we would have a loan modification in 45 days or your money back. One year later, we were told they could do nothing for us. By then we had our house on the auction block. They then told us that if we gave them another $1500 on top of the $3000 we already gave them, they’d do a bankruptcy. We didn’t want a bankruptcy.

Consumer Action Taken:

We called and emailed numerous times for our refund and have never received a call or letter back.

If you feel you’ve been financially hurt by a debt relief company and deserve a refund, read these step-by-step instructions on how to proceed to attempt to get your money back.

If you do get your money back, come back and leave a comment about it. I’d love to praise companies that step-up and do the right thing for people.
