Today, November 2, 2011, a company named “Direct Funding Services” debited $30 from my checking account. I did not sign up with this company.
Consumer Action Taken:
I called and asked them to reverse to which they refused. I was told to go to the website and sign in with my email address and phone number.
I tried that and the web address cannot be found. I am going to call again and demand the $30 be reversed but I don’t know if that will do any good.
