Consumer Statement:

Direct Funding Services said that I applied for a loan over the internet and they went into my account on 27 Oct, 2011, without my approval and deposited $.03, then they in return deducted that $.03 from my account. I called them and asked them why they went into my account and I had not authorized them and had not received any paperwork securing a loan from them. Then on 1 Nov, 2011, they deducted $30 from my account. I immediately called them and asked them why they had deducted $30. They said that it was for processing fee of the application, that I have not seen.

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried to get them to refund my monies, but they claimed that it was non-refundable and I immediately told them to take my name off their list and I did not want to deal with them on any business.
