Hi I signed up for a 2yr program with safeguard financial /note world in sept 2009.I paid 291.00 month for 24 months. I am finished with the program and now i cant reach anyone by phone or emails. I am totally discussed and broke and my debts are not paid and there is a judgment against me from one of the cards.Is there anyone out there who can help me PLEASE….I CANNOT OPEN MY EMAIL CONTRACT EITHER.
