Corvus Law Group Sends in New Mailer to Share

Corvus Law Group sent in a copy of the new mailer they will be sending out to consumers.

In the past Corvus Law Group was criticized by Idaho for the mailer they were previously using. See this story.

I applaud Corvus Law Group for reaching out to this site and send in copies of their new mailer to show they’ve improved things.

I always say the mark of a responsible company is not to make excuses for something they did but to step up, accept responsibility and fix the issue moving forward.

I’m thinking they may want to fix the backwards “Attorney Advertising” line but that just makes it cute at this point.

Certainly this proposed mailer is much better than the Form 1012-R or CLG-0127 mailer that was being used previously.

Thank you Corvus Law Group for sending this in.

  • I can’t find any info on the 200 lawsuits Corvus filed?? Weird. But here- http://www.bbb.org/eastern-washington/business-reviews/attorneys/corvus-law-group-in-post-falls-id-1000004207/ states “Business started 8-22-11 That’s a lot of lawsuits in 5 months!

Corvus, you’re following this… What, where are those suits? And, WHY does the mailer say “Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.” WHAT prior results? Don’t you think that statement infers that there ARE prior results? Show me ONE.

    • That’s also my point that I’ve been stating for months.  “Show me some results”
I’d be glad to step up and hire them …but…..
Show me the results…..after all, what I see here is Corvus saying…
      Show Me The Money!!!

  • I love the “Notice” at the bottom ….”It is not a foreclosure rescue company or a loan modification company”….um, isn’t that exactly what they are soliciting?…..”,seeking to force Chase Banks to (1)reduce your current mortgage balance to the fair market value (2) reduce your interest rate; and/or renegotiate the terms of your mortgage”

It’s a shame that this type of “debt validation” scam still exists.  So how much in fees does the consumer have to pay to be included in this Chase lawsuit?  Sorry but any answer other than none (contingency) screams fraud.

  • So we just excuse their previous behavior?  The AG accused them of more than just marketing deception, so Corvus creates a new mailer, and what is being done about their previous violations?  Don’t be fooled there Mr. Debt Dude.  Remember the Duck Analogy…”Quack, Quack, Quack!”
