Consumer Statement:

I sent two western union transfer money in the total amount of 1283.49 to Brandon Fratini at the request of Mr. John Perry head loan officer at Manchester capital Trust at 1350 Avenue of the americas,NY NY 10019. I sent the first tranfer on 11/10/2011and the second on 11/12/2011.

The head loan manager Mr. John Perry phone number 1-855-887-3890 ext.312. I spoke with Mr. Emerrson Ford in the beginning and was told that once he recived my first transfer the (5k) would be in my account that night. I checked my account 11/11/2012 and still no funds in my account. I then called Emerrson Ford back the morning of 11/11/2012 and advised me to give it a few more hours due to that day being a holiday the banks would be most likely running behind he told me to call back in a couple hours if nothing showed up in our account. I checked my account a couple hours later and still no funds. I then called Mr Ford back and no answer for several hours. I then received a phone call from John Perry stating that because of my credit they needed an additional $550.00 to process the loan and was told my Mr. Perry that once I sent that the funds would be in my account in little as 2hours. Today 11/12/2011 I sent the $550.00 via western union called Mr Ford shortly after sending it and he guaranteed the 5k would be in my account in about 2hrs. I waited about 4hours and looked in my bank account and no 5k. Have tried to call since this morning and no answer.

My husband and I are in a financial bind with three children and needed the extra money to get caught up on bills. I sent this company every single peice of money we had 🙁

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried calling today 11/12/2011 and I just get a voicemail for both Mr. Ford and Mr. Perry. I have reported this company to the BBB already and plan on filling a law suit.
