I SAW TODAY THAT I HAD THIS 30.000 CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED ! I HAD NEVER SEEN THE COMPANY BEFORE! FUTHER SEARCHING I FOUND THEY HAD SEVERAL. CHARGES FROM BOTH THE “ILENDERAST” AS WELL AS “FUNDASSUR”. I BELIVE THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY WORKING UNDER 2 DIFF NAMES MATBE EVEN MORE THAT WE ARE UNAWARE OF. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED THE 30.00 THAT I NOTICED TODAY AS WELL AS SEVERAL OTHERS: .01 , .01, .01 AND .01 AS WELL AS .05 I HAVE SEVERAL OVER DRAFT FEES DUE TO THIS COMPANYS

I WENT ONLINE TONIGHT CHECKING MY ACCOUNT I FOUND YOUR WEBSITE AFTER SEEING THE OTHER PEOPLE THATVE BEEN CHARGED BY THIS COMPANY.SOME THING NEEDS TO BE DONE! I AM ON A FIXED INCOME AN WOULD HAVE NEVER APPLYED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN IF I DIDNT NEED THE MONEY TO BEGIN WITH I DID NOT SIGN ONE WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL! I USED A DIFFERENT COMPANY BY THE WAY WAS GREAT IF ANYONE WANTS THEIR INFO EMAIL ME I WILL LET YA KNOW WHO AND HOW…..ANYWAY THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED!

Even though the terms and conditions on the site say “This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Las Vegas, Nevada,” a search of Nevada corporate records could not locate any company under the name Funding Assurance.

I got the .05 credit then the .03, .01, .01 debits…My bank says I need exact information to block them. In other words, I can do nothing. My concern is my direct deposit this weekend. Will probably have to close my account.

I had the exact same thing happen to me on 11/30/11. My bank however refuses to allow me to dispute the transaction and expects me to pay the $30 as well as the over draft fee!!!
