Consumer Statement:

I paid JHass $14,500.00 within 3 years time. Out of that figure, only $5-6000.00 was issued for settlments. They settled a few accounts for me, however, they did not settle anything for at least 1 1/2 years, so a law firm bought 3 of them and I ended up getting my wages garnished. I got out with 2 months left, and settled the one on my own. They have done nothing for the rest, gave me the run around every time I called, and when I told them they were legally obligated to return any fees associated with my unsettled accounts, they hung up on me, and have not returned anything yet. I have called them 3 times a week sometimes and I should not have too. That is their freaking job and their negotiators are terrible (except for one).

Consumer Action Taken:

I have emailed them numerous times, faxed them letters, and have called numerous times. You can’t ever talk to the same person there either.

Consumer Documentation:

Dear J. Hass Group:

I will not be paying you my final 2 payments, as I am pulling all of my accounts with you immediately. My expectations are not being exceeded and my contract is up in November. Almost one year has gone by with no activity or notifications up until the last 2 months, only because I was having issues and had to call everyday to get an insufficient answer and the run around. I have had my wages garnished now because you have not acted in time, and I do not have the funds to pay because of it! I also should not have to call you (who are supposedly working for me) everyday to find out what is going on, that is not my job.

I will demand my balance and all of my legal fees returned to me from my unsettled accounts, as you are obligated legally to return all of those fees. I can not do this any more without any return and will find someone else to take care of it and be protected.
