Consumer Statement:

it is a pink mailer – it looks official, as if from a NC government office and it has an eagle as part of the stamp – it looks alot like the outside of the tax refund checks we used to get before we could get them auto deposited. It has bold type that looks like what is used on tax forms or your W2 forms “2011-NC”.

Consumer Action Taken:

I had a feeling it was a scam, so i didn’t call the number. Also, there is no return address or website available.

If you feel you’ve been financially hurt by a debt relief company and deserve a refund, read these step-by-step instructions on how to proceed to attempt to get your money back.

If you do get your money back, come back and leave a comment about it. I’d love to praise companies that step-up and do the right thing for people.
