Consumer Statement:

I filed a complaint about Morgan Drexen and now I see there is someone in Florida (complaint 12/15/11)with the same issue as myself. I still have not had the money taken – returned. What the hell??? There are growing numbers of this issue and nothing to do about it? I find it unacceptable. They advertise on TV and you are under a completetly different concept then they have all your info and scam you. It is bullshit!! I work hard for my money, pay my bills, not behind and i have to also deal with this??? There has to be a way to stop this…its fraud and as bad as identity theft. The people should band together and do something- they need to be put out of business and FOR REAL!!!!

Consumer Action Taken:

I advised how I felt and told then I never authorized anything, asked for my money back and I closed my accounts along with advising my bank. Told them I am contacting my creditors to advise not to respond to them. I was robbed! I am also fearful as they had ALL my info and my credit report before I gave them anythng…….its actually very scary!!! I advised I spoke with an attorney and was filing complaints with the state attorney general and BBB. They next sent me a bill for over $1700 dollars……(they are freakin crazy because I am not going to take this and I am going to fight back)!!
