There were Direct Plus Loans acquired, despite I never recieved any Master Promissory Note (MPN) from my daughter nor from any Financial Aid Counsleor of Texas Southern University. Requesting any personal information to apply for the alleged loans. The University had not reported the accurate information of the student’s effective enrollment & status date being “current” to date. However. The Great Lakes Agency has entered “default” of the Direct Plus Parent Loan. Although the student has not withdrawn following the 2010-2011 acedemic school year. The inaccurate information the lender nor has the University have not corrected the negative information, to pursue the alleged default. Which reflects the student has been withdrawn for 20 years; since 2/13/1991. That continues to be incorrect & to pursue the alleged debt.
