Bank of America in may 2010 started a loan modification! Only to lower interest rate. They told me I could not pay my mortgage , and that I was responsible, which I understood . However they’ve lost my paper work, their right hand never knew what the left was doing. In July ( 60 days) while submitting duplicate paper work they filed for a for forclouser on my home. When I was served I called them and they said it was a mistake not to worry that I was in escalation process. 18 months later after being in review.they declined a modification and said the only way I can get my mortgage back was to pay mortgage on full and attorney fees, They scammed me. Blocked me from paying and said my debt to ratio was 55 percent. To get a second job. Is this legal? How ca they do this to me. Why would someone and get away with it?
