  1. I don’t get it. I don’t understand what is wrong with this? It’s a lawsuit that shows RELC is suing the lender. Just because they market their services to many and market aggressively, why does that makes them illegitimate?? The more customers they have, the more money they make. So what? Just because they send out flyers, so what? Are they any complaints filed anywhere? I can’t find any except here. Call me a fool but I don’t get it.

  2. I am Chad Pratt and again I would like to address Mr. Rhode’s blog on February 1, 2012 regarding Litigation Compliance Law Center. Neither Stuart Simone nor I are members of Litigation Compliance Law Center. My firm, Real Estate Law Center, PC does have an agreement with Litigation Compliance Law Center pursuant to Code 2-200 of the California Rule of Professional Conduct. However we do not own or operate this firm. Litigation Compliance Law Center is owned by a different attorney. Moreover, all firms we contract with should adhere to the California Bar rules and these firms are responsible for their own ethical obligations pursuant to our contract.

The site http://getoutofdebt.ord/31523 is not Real Estate Law Center, PC’s website but contains images of our website. Use of images of a site without the written approval of the owner is considered copyright infringement.
