I paid $750 to Nationwide to help me negoitiate with my mortgage lender to try to get my mortgage payments and interest rate lowered.I have called,sent emails but haven’t gotten a response from no one. Recently the telephone number i have for them is out of service.They didn’t perform any services or do anything for me but take my money.

Consumer Action Taken:

Filed a complaint with LA BBB,
Filed a complaint with California Attorney General Public Affairs Unit
Currently writting a letter to request a full refund of $750.00
Seeking legal consultation to file a civil lawa suit

  • I had the same problem with NFC. I faxed a  letter to Kris Pennington and got a response from John Ferrell of First American Mortgage Solutions. The new number is 877-546-8999 .
    They took over the unfinished business of NFC. Good Luck!
