Consumer Statement:

Received a call Nov 2011 about assisting me to reduce my mortgage from $2000 without insurace and property taxes to $1200 to include insurance and property taxes. The charge would be made in two payments of 300 each. Nov paid the 300 and Dec I had problems paying the 300 and then we talked and he said he would only charge me 200. He also told me that he found 29 violations so far and would get back to me when I paid the other 200. I had the following numbers to call – T: 877.717.0940 [not in service] Ext. 114 (was Michael who I originally talked with before talking to John), 877-557-8776 Ext. 105 (to pay the bill and now not working), mobile: 310-948-3981(seems to be ringing but because I called like 3:30 CA time I decided to hang up), P: 714.377.9777 (now disconnected), The Fax to send the document – F: 888.935.2931. Here was an email that did work – E: john.f@nationwidefinancialconsulting.com, but now is undeliverable (see attached docu ment). Here is the website and when I entered it guess what I found – all these complaints – http://www.nationwidefinancialconsulting.com. The funny part is that I checked the internet for scams before committing to anything. When I did this in Nov nothing showed up for scams and now look what I found. Bad part is John and Michael was so nice to talk to.

Consumer Action Taken:

I would have never seen this if they kept talking to me but when there is silence your worst nightmare is that you will find something on the internet and I have found it. Not sure if I can do anything because none of the numbers are working except for the 310 number. I’ll try to call again when Hawaii is up and CA is 2 hours later. Attached 2 emails and a people search on the 310 phone number and John Ferrell does exist but he no longer answers the phone. I have more and can send it whatever way you want. So now what?
