Consumer Statement:

My loan defaulted after I was finaly able to pay a payment. It defaulted 7days after I paid a payment and spoke with a representative saying if I make four payments, that I qualify for income reduced payments. Now it says I’m in default and humongous fees.

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried to resolve the problem before the default. Now I am waiting for what I can do that it is in default. I was not even told that I could get income reduce payments until November and then denied because AES said I was too far behind.
