YES YES I would love to get these scum bags!! Count me in!! I have filed many complaints with local agencies. I also served CLS, but they are no longer operating at Wilmington and their phone is disconnected. My court date was scheduled for June 1st, but will now be thrown out. I’m sick to my stomach that they are still out there scamming more innocent people. It’s sickening to know that they are getting away with this. Please e-mail me at maandre@capousd.org and maybe if we have enough people (strength in numbers) we can get a detective or the FBI to locate this scumbag David Niman. I’m sure he’s on to another scam!

Im disgusted that I trusted these people and they scammed my family.   I totally trusted them because they sent out a e-mail to teachers, I thought Thank God finally some help.  Now we are out.

I know I’m disgusted too! They illegitimately utilized my District’s web server to send emails “claiming a 2.9% percent loan modification.” They targeted teachers and made you believe they were sponsored by the California Teacher’s Union.  I researched their company and nothing came up negative, which is why I went ahead with the loan modification. Now, there are a few complaints. According to the Department of Real Estate there have been three complaints. I’m sure there are more people (teachers) that have been scammed. If you have been scammed by CLS PLEASE file a complaint with the Department of Real Estate. The FBI will get involved if there are numerous complaints. Don’t let these crooks scam anybody else!! In fact, I had five colleagues from my school ready to submit paperwork and payment, but I told them to wait until I actually signed my loan docs. Thank god they weren’t scammed too. My next course of action is to hire a lawyer and take CLS to small claims court. I’m going to keep fighting, until they all go to jail!

Same thing on my end in NY.  They made me believe the NYS Teachers Union was in support of them and nothing came up negative when I researched them.  I have filed complaints with everyone suggested on this website and more!!  Next is small claims court.  I will NOT give up getting rid of these scum bags.

Same thing in Georgia!! I have filed complaints with BBB, Los Angeles County Department of Consumer Affairs, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I am VERY DETERMINED to have these thieves brought to justice!! When I began this process in December, I couldn’t find anything about them online…now the complaints are mounting rapidly. If anybody finds out anything we can do as a group, please let me know.

I have had the same issue with CLS GROUP……filing complaints on the company.  It is sad that people will take advantage of hurting people who need to save their homes.

Have you taken any action? I have filed complaints with the Department of Real Estate and two law agencies. Apparently there has only been two complaints. I want to take them to small claims court, but I have to hire a lawyer. I think there is more people out there that have been scammed…..
