Consumer Statement:
I paid Consumer Advocates Group $2000 to process a loan modification to save our home. I have been dealing with these people and they will not return my calls and they are not working with my mortgage company.
Consumer Action Taken:
I have put in writing a request for a refund. I have reported them to the Attorney General of California, attorney General of Texas, Federal Trade Commission and the BBB of California and still have not resolved this issue.
